Adopting a scoring system similar to below : -

Wins using a character you select : 1 point

Wins by using random select : 2 points

Wins against someone who has chosen their fighter whilst you used Random select : 3 points

This way players will be encouraged to learn all the fighters and styles. Furthermore, if certain characters are unbalanced well it might be good for players to be encouraged to use other fighters, to gain, points quicker. Perhaps a big reward/secret could be unlocked for obtaining 1000 points via this system.

There could still be a regular win/loss ratio next to this scoring system for comparison.

The idea's good, but I'd prefer to see it where you get more points the better the fighter you beat. So it goes by your win percentage, if someone is 115-23, you get many more points for beating them than someone who is 30-30.
