Playing Easy the other night....

I realized if I input the Air Combo commands really slowly I was able to land the A/C 113CS4444. I thought about it because I noticed when Easy executes Air Combos, his characters animation is really slow.....I dont know if he intentionally does this. My guess is he doesnt play vs. the comp or spend too much time in practice mode. His timing is probably learned from only online games. My honest opinion.

But for ME......I know OFFLINE, if I input an air combo sequence TOO FAST, the hits would whiff.

But ONLINE vs SOME CONNECTIONS - The input speed required to land Air Combos leading to A/C has to be really slow. I would say slightly slower than the speed required to execute a ground dial combo.

This had a bigger impact on my overall results than when I start the combo or how high my opponent is in the air.

I thought I would share that with anyone interested and/or anyone who is having trouble landing air combos. This might be known, but I just confirmed it for myself last night. And I confirm with the programmable controller, no mistakes.

**Comments please, no flaming. Those who dont play MKA, stick to whatever MK you play and stay out of here.

***I would post this on the OTHER site, but I still cant login in. Go Figure. Atari 9 them 0.

sorry atari this is not new news.

the hardest part is landing that first hit, in reality u cant go by what u see on your screen, when u play enough people, u will no what ersion of ac u have to use. this goes for 33 also.

i can 33 with every character on any connection, but its down by changing the speeds.

with 33 when using the harder guys, i space out the first 2 hit,

3 3, than 333 333 mash the next 2 sets.

same with 112 113cs44444

sometimes it can look like

1 1 2 1 13cs4 or

112 113cs4444

1 12 1 1 3 4 the more u do it online the more u get the feel of there conenction.

neither is something u can program.

Ah, I see Red.

Yes, I miss the first hit often enough. Especially with Night Wolf. Very annoying.

I had an idea already, but I was unaware how much of a difference this made when trying the air combos. I never had to do this b4 or even tried vs others. I just....well....I just......adapted.

But, yeah, I got the programming down, but it only worked vs Easy last night. I tried again vs the Kling guy from MKA, but it didnt work....however I had no problems doing the cancel manually and I think I had a huge advantage over him. If he post the vids, you can see what I mean.
