Only returning characters

This might sound dumb but if this is the last of the MK fighting genre (pray not) would you rather have all of your favorites return for one last shot or have new characters in?

I think that I would rather have upgraded characters return again or maybe characters that were based on old ones (maybe this "She-Raiden"

These are the characters I want back for sure:

SHAO KAHN
LIU KANG
SEKTOR
SMOKE
SAREENA
KABAL
NIGHTWOLF

If Mortal Kombat were to close off I would want it to leave off with a bang. Have all the characters that were in every Mortal Kombat to come back and participate in a Grand Tournament. In the Bible it said that there would be a Judgement Day. It would be cool to see that implemented in Mortal Kombat. Like the whole fate of every realm is held in the hands of the victor of the final Mortal Kombat.

I think that in the last MK, all the characters should come back. But they should all be killed, and the the Dragon King or Kahn or whoever will take over Earth.
