I would say there would be nothing strange if Ermac "bled" green. After all, he is a collection of souls, and souls in the MK games are green. So if he was hit, maybe he gets the souls knocked out of him. Or perhaps because he is made up of green things, his blood is green.

well it sure this green blood dont come from mileena because in de movie you can see baraka hit mileena and her blood is red. the green blood prolly come from de non identified red ninja..

the green is probably from an attack (maybe plasma ball) or a stagge thing... like the acid buddhas
