Petitions = Pointless

Already have mine payed off for XBox but what the hell ill sign, but i highly doubt it will happen but if it does dont expect it until early-mid 2005....

I signed. I believe there is hope, but come Christmas I will begin saving for an XBox.

I got my copy pre-ordered in full price for X-Box.

The best way we can do this is to e-mail Midway asking for it to be released on GC. Individual letters & e-mails are better off than petitions. It shows people take the time to write out a coherant thought and make it known to the powers that be as opposed to just doing a half-arsed signature on a form.

Yeah, petitions are pointless. I'd love to see this on cube. I have to play this on PS2, don't have an x-box and not going to get one.

What is the point of this get a real console lol Sony or MS lol. THey have better features then the cube thats why it's not coming the Nintendo. The online connection the memory space all sucks. So get a sony or Xbox but if u want to pay online buy a PS2 lol there cheaper when it comes to online u don;t have subscribe like Xbox Live. and its $52 a year if im not mistaken

I got an XBox and enough money for 10 MK:D copies (not that I need that much). Petitions are pretty pointless, but to help with your cause I'll sign anyway.

I also think petitions are pointless. Theres a Petition to bring back Invader ZiM. It's been up for about a year and more than a million people have signed it. So far, there are no news about bringing that show back. Give it up people, theres a slim chance that MK deception will be for Gamecube. I already reserved mine for Xbox

im a cuber and its not coming out for gc we have to face it. I was very patient with it but its just not coming out. I think we all need to work and earn money for an xbox.

MK Deception is not coming out for GameCube. Period. No matter how many people you get to sign the petition or email Midway/the MK team. Look at the facts: Nintendo's console is focused on the kid-family market. I'm not saying only little kids own it, but that's what it is marketed at. Sales for Deadly Alliance were crap on GC, and Midway is all about the benjamins. Poor sales combined with higher production costs for the different mini-disc format, and the bottom line is they lose $.

Besides, if it were to come out on the Cube, there would be a couple disadvantages:
First being the quirky controller, it works great with a lot of games designed specifically for it, but I played MK:DA on all three consoles and the GC was the most lacking.
Secondly, NGC doesn't have solid online game support. Kiss online mode goodbye.

I'm not trying to start a flame war between fanboys, I'm just calling it how I see it. Just buy a PS2 or even *gasp* an X-Box. It'll be worth it

MK Deception on the Gamecube???

I'm not sure the little Mario playing ten year olds would be ready for such gore, I'd hate to see one of them try playing the new resi evil when it's out, they'll never sleep again.

As for older cubers you have my sympathy but I'm still annoyed at Resi Evil being Gamecube only (not outbreak, the genuine sequel starring Leon from the second game) so Deception being PS2 and X-Box only will compensate nicely

I'm pissed at the fact that it might not come onto the GC. At least I'm working now, so I could probably afford to get a PS2 and the game. On the plus side, I know of a few other games I could get with it, like FF. If they'd make it for the GC without online play though, I honestly wouldn't care about the loss.

hell u get a ps2 u mite want to check out the Metal Gear Solid series lol. Also this petition is pointless your not gonna get it on GC if you do they'll probably have to take most of the stuff out lol so they can get it to work ok on GC. So it'll probably be a copy of MKDA when its done except with new characters lol.
