Okay, you need to complete konquest to get raiden and liu-kang
raiden is at orderealm- area E3 you must fight with him.
liu-kang is at edenia in areaG8 in back of the tent in thursday 12pm, end of month.
sindel is in netherealm area D1.i dont remember the time.
tanya is in outworld area A3 i dont remember the time.
hotaru is in orderealm area H1.
mileenas alt is in earthrealm area F7 7pm behind a house.

thank u, what do u mean i must fight with raiden? do u mean i just have to fight him and then after the battle, he'll give me a key? and does anyone else know the times for Lui kang and Tanya

Mileena alt.--- ( F-7 / earth realm / 7-9 pm)
Raiden --- ( E-3 / order realm / only after you beat konquest ) you have to fight and beat him to get him.
Liu Kang --- ( G-8 / edenia / only after you beat konquest ) 12 am friday morning behind the tent.
Li Mei --- ( F-7 / outworld / in a house. )
Sindel --- ( D- 1 / nether realm / might have to meditate? don't remember )
Tanya -- ( A - 3 / outworld )
it's been awhile since i finished everything so it might not all be exact but i'm pretty sure it is. let me know if it is not.
