I'm sure we all know that when it gets down to about 2-3 weeks left then alot of the story becomes availabe to us. Lets face it, Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance was given to us. We really didnt have to buy the game, we knew the hidden characters, the stories, the endings, and everything inside and out. This time will you read it all, or tough it out, until you get the game for yourself? I personally think that all the spoilers put a damper on the game for most of us, including myself. I know this time i will not be taking a look at anything with the word spoiler in it, how about the rest of you?

I definitely think it is best to wait, it's just hard to when you know that someone else has new information or news that you don't have. I liked it back in the MK2 days the best when people would always be looking for new stuff and only a few of the "Elite" people knew them before everyone else. I liked knowing things others did not know. I was an Asshole about it too. I would play with a sweater over my hands so people wouldn't look at the joystick movements when it came time for Fatals,Friendships,Babalities etc etc. I really wich I could get that feeling back of mystery and constant intrigue from the game. That was the best. But to answer your question, I will try to avoid the spoilers as long as possible, but cannot promise anything.

Just like everyone else, I try my best not too, but it's impossible. We just can't help it! Hell I bought the stragety guide for MKDA the day it came out which was a week before the game was out, so I knew everything but the endings.

I'll read anything I can find. To me the video game experience is opposite the film experience. The less I know about the film the better before I see it. But for video games the more I know the more I want to play them. I play games for the fun of playing not for the story.

I probably wouldn't....I know my curiosity would drive me nuts to find out what the spoliers are. It wouldn't ruin the game for me if I read it.

However, it's cool to Reveal/Discover for yourself w/o spoilers. Plus, IMO the element of surprise/shock and awe is much more when you explore for yourself.

Of Course, Not Everyone has the patience for it...

I don't want too, but it'll be unavoidable hanging in the mkchat, so I'll read it all when it's complete. I'll try and keep my favourite characters endings hidden from me though.

I don't mind learning the story but as of 3rd of October, the day before MK:D is released for NTSC console owners I'll be leaving the site until it comes out here in europe which is about a month later, so that the surprize you lot will get when you first play the game isn't ruined for me grin
