This is all that I've thought of so far...

He will have a rope spear(similar to Scorp), have blood red eyes(if possible), a costume similar to Scorpion, but with my own colors. He will be in the neutral alignment and only helping others if he chooses to. I havent thought of a fighting style yet... His name will be Arachnid. He'll be an original character.
I'll post more when I figure the rest out.

Since we will be able to choose armor and decorations,I'm gonna give my monk Sub-Zero's "shredder" helmet,Ermacs ninja suit and Scorpion's armor.I'll give him all my favorite moves...

I'll give him Dragon,Gojiryu and Baraka Blades.

I would make a guy with all weapon stances:

1. a quick weapon stance
2. a two weapon stance
3. a large, two-handed weapon stance

For specials:
1. a teleport
2. a dash/slide attack
3. Rain's lightning or Scorpion's flame pillar 4. a projectile of the same element.
5. an up-close,knock-down special like a dragon punch or Raiden's shock.

I'll need to see what appearences are available before I chose one.

So I guess I'd be making a "new" character since most of the classic characters I want have already been confirmed.

Depends on the final list of returning characters...If Raiden is a no-show, I might try to make a character similiar to him. If he does make his return then an almost original (sp?) character based off of one of my fan fiction characters. I rather not go into details, since some of her abilities have yet to come to surface in the story and we are not sure exactly how much freedom we will have in creating our characters. We are not even sure we will have an option to choose gender and/or race.

that is a 5-1, it looks like most people would have rathered a new character than an old, funny how its almost every thread complaining that they want old fighters and they are making new ones, but that is totally cool, MK is so many different people with differnt ideas, and by the sound of it they all sound great. Icy pain that ice uppercut could be an awesome fatality, taking your opponent and uppectutting him as he becomes frozen falls to the floor and shatters. as well as being thrown intoa death trap, where somethign shatters him as well!...NICE

my character would be one i made-up. her name's Alex Walker (she's in one of my fanfics). she has a similiar costime as sonya, except her top will be white and her pants will be blue. her weapon is the kalichucku (made up). it's a kali stick with a chain inside so when u pull it apart, it turns into a nunchaku. there's more, but i'll post them up later.

I don't know but it's possible to revamp a fighter in Konquest? If so, that means that none of the original(read selectable) characters would have a rigid style.

If this is true how the revamp will be made? I think we can only use in a new character these new special moves and styles. But it might not.

So. My kuestion is. Can we "play" with any of another character in Konquest or it is only possible to use these teen guy they are often referring to?

I would probably make a new fighter though I’d still be tempted to recreate the original reptile . But I would like a new character that wore half of a broken mask of a fallen mk ninja and revealing a demonic face with red eyes underneath and his armor and clothing would be made with misc pieces from fallen mk warriors and his belt would have keep sakes from fallen mk warriors he’s killed . He wouldn’t be fighting for either side he’d only be here because of all the strong fighters and he would absorb some power from each one he killed and as a trophy add another piece to his armor . So he would be battle clad and damaged with familiar things on him and weapons that belonged to an old mk warrior .

what i emant was a character who wasnt in the game at all, for example sheeva or fujin or someone like that. Sorry for any confusion

Oh, my fault i didn't understood. But in that perspective it will be cool as you can 'bring' some characters left by Boon.

I'll be doing the same! I may recreate Raiden or create my character concept, Nemesi (Raidens son) with Raidens powers and some new additional ones.

He'll have short, dark, spiky hair. A dark blue or black trenchcoat with a belt around the waist.

I'll give him Tae Kwon Do, crane and staff or another set of styles. I'll experiment first.

As for specials, he'll have Raidens torpedo and lightning blast and then I'll hopefully be able to give him some new moves and maybe give him some other moves from the other characters.

9-1, im seriously shocked at the outcome so far, becasue so many peopel are complaining that their fighter isnt in, i would assume they would try to make their monk as close as possible to him as they are allowed to do keep the ideas flowing people!!

I think everyone just likes the idea of creating their own character. If it was a matter of wanting Boon himself to bring in a new character (which we wouldn't have any control over) or bringing back a classic character THEN the results would be different. But, like most on here obviously, liked the idea of creating their own character so here goes mine complete with background story which is loosely based on my real life.

Real name - Adam Kendall
Nationality - United States
Alignment - Good
Status - Pro Wrestler
Appearance - 6' tall, 215 lbs., long black hair, face thinly painted white like Nitara's alt., black sleeveless spandex shirt, black pleather pants that say "VOID" in dark green letters down the sides, black elbow pads and wrist bands and black and dark green amateur wrestling shoes.
Fighting Styles - Tae Kwon Do, Pro Wrestling
Weapon Style - Barbed-wire Bat (Baseball bat wrapped in Barbed-wire, wrestling fans will understand that one, if not, read on and find out)
Special moves - Flamethrow (Just like in wrestling, a short-ranged flame burst caused with a lighter and flash paper)...Salt in Eyes (another wrestling cliche, throw salt in an opponents eyes to temporarily blind them)...Running Flip Slam (Pick them up so they are laying on your shoulders, run forward, flip and drive them into the ground)

background story - Adam Kendall, a pro wrestler known as A.J. Bradley, and Jason Rose, who wrestled under the name Void, were best friends and traveled all over the world doing wrestling shows together in the U.S., Mexico, Japan and Great Britain for the most part. Jason was a mentor of sorts to Adam in the wrestling world. Although the two have wrestled for around the same amount of time, their age was vastly different. Jason was 29, Adam was only 18. Jason was a very outspoken yet respectful martial arts master who was growing very tired of being a part of a "fake" sport. Adam, on the other hand, was quiet and reserved by nature and never felt the urge to push himself to his limits and was content on being part of a show and not actual competition. Jason was always getting on to Adam about his smoking habits and his unwillingness to work out or train. Adam had natural abilities but never felt the urge to better himself. Their only similarites were pro wrestling and their love for metal music. Adam was seemingly settled into the life of a pro wrestler while Jason wanted to quit wrestling and pursue his other love...martial arts. On a rare tour of China, Jason was invited to compete in an underground tournament and wasted no time accepting the invitation. Although hesitant to miss his first ever wrestling event in China, Adam agreed to accompany Jason to this tournament. Jason eventually won this tournament...a tournament held by the Red Dragon to recruit new members and forcing them into service. Facing the option of serving Mavado in a life of crime...or death, Jason attempted to fight off the Red Dragon members present but was ultimately killed by Mavado himself. Realizing he had NO chance of surviving against Mavado, Adam quickly escaped the underground lair. After seeing his best friend and mentor killed for refusing to live a life of crime has finally convinced Adam to push himself to his limit. He has learned and mastered Tae Kwon Do, which Jason specialized in. He has learned to incorporate all the "real" aspects of pro wrestling into a deadly fighting style and created his very own version of legendary pro wrestler Cactus Jack's famous barbed-wire wrapped baseball bat to use as a weapon all in hopes of an eventual one-on-one encounter with Mavado. Adam decided to carry on his deceased friend's wrestling name, Void, as his own as he unknowingly becomes one of Earthrealm's chosen warriors in its ongoing struggles with the evils of other worlds and even its own.



Damn, I didn't know the story was going to be that long. I had to though because ironically enough me and Jason were discussing Deception last Friday after our wrestling show and jokingly said they need a character based off of a pro wrestler. Let me know what you think.
