Possible Confirmation for Kitana/Quan Chi in MK:D.

I know this has been posted once before, however, I did notice something a little different. If you look at the "MK:D Chess Mini Game" screenshot, you'll notice the fighters that are being used. There's Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Quan Chi, and Kitana. Now, this is a quote from a published article regarding this mini game: "The first is a strategy board game akin to chess or Archon, with the kombatants as pieces on a chessboard. Attempting to capture a piece requires the opponents to duke the characters out a la standard arcade mode." Does this mean that Kitana and Quan Chi are also playable characters in the game??? What do you guys think?

It doesn't mean anything.It has already been said that all the MK characters may return for mini game,i.e. the board game,chess etc etc.

Did you read the article? "Attempting to capture a piece requires the opponents to DUKE THE CHARACTERS OUT A LA STANDARD ARCADE MODE." How can the characters being used as chess pieces duke it out in Arcade Mode if they weren't in the game? Plus, the article only states that ALL MK characters will make an appearance in Konquest Mode. It didn't make mention of all of them appearing in the mini-games.

Character models of MKDA CAN be USED in MKD for only testing, then they can be out. Thats why we only see Quan, Kitana, Sub in their MKDA costumes. They fighted like that only in the testing.

True, but I already know of some characters that were used like that and were later out of the game, so it could happen to this ones as well.

Im tired of seeing Quan Chi I started to dislike him even more after finishing MKDA on MAX.It took me 16 tries to beat him.

I would say that unless you have a pic of the character from a versus battle that there is no confirmation for them as of yet. But am sure more screenshots will pop up eventually...
