Possible discovery of new character in Konquest? (sorry if false alarm)

A friend of mine claims to have seen a character and fought it It was a combo fight (like Kung's and Johnny's), but he had to pull of a 10-hit combo, and he isn't a member of the White Lotus, so it cannot be Kung. He also thinks this took place in the Netherrealm.
He is notorious for being wrong a lot tho... and I was wondering... is all of this possible?

Did he say what the character looked like?

Anyway, he is sure he had to perform a 10 hitter, and that he is not a member of White Lotus... it was not a 12 hitter, so Johnny is excluded...
