possible interaction with prison arena

in this picture you can see the bright yellow line on the bottom of the cell with jerrek in it.
Does this maybe indicate interaction with the cell, possibly breakthroughs releasing the prisoners?

link is not working.... i think i know what pic that ur talkin bout... and i think the prisoner of the cage will grab you and your character gets hits on the opponent...

In the April PSM, a drawing of jailed men was seen who took hold to Kenshi, so that his rival could a few strikes to Kenshi without opposition.

I suppose that will happen this.
