They did it for the GBA Mortal Kombat 5, so why not with this one? I know it's sorta gimmicky, but Nintendo has done it with Smash Bros., Capcom with Onimusha Blade Warriors (MEGA MAN!), Namco with a few incarnations (GON in Tekken, for example), and several other corps.

Perhaps if Midway wins the rights to the Freddy vs. Jason game, those characters could be implamented. What do you think? Fatality.

thats a stupid idea sry but it is. It would ruin the Mk feel and the story.

I don't think the whole idea of crossing MK characters over with horror movie characters is such a good idea.....Some things just wouldn't merge well with other things. On the other hand (it will never happen unless someone online makes this) but a fighting game with all the classic horror movie icons would be cool. Leatherface,Jason,Freddy,Michael Myers,Wishmaster and PinHead.Imagine the fatalities !!! It would be gruesome!

Which makes me wonder...does Boon ever watch gory movies and get ideas for fatilties???

Well, maybe the main characters from The Suffering or Psi-Ops could work, and while I've never played The Suffering the main character looks like quite a badass.

I would rather have MK characters appear as exclusive secret characters in OTHER games (nba jam, the grid, mlb2004, etc.) rather than have characters outside of the MK universe appear in an MK game.

I think a character like Jason (his machete or chainsaw fighting being more than interesting) would be a much better choice than, say, MOKAP from MK:DA, or, hell, even Stryker from the series. And, with Heihatchi, Spawn, and Link being in Soul Calibur (which the critics said would never happen), the entire idea isn't so far-fetched, but it could easily be a different character, not necessarily Jason or Freddy. Maybe a character from WAR GODS (hell yeah!), or the Suffering, or such. Fatality.

Torque from The Suffering could fit in MK but they will have to change his story around and thats hard to do.Especially a story like his.

What about characters from Gauntlet Dark Legacy, War Gods, The Suffering, etc? I still think they would be great. Fatality.
