Im from germany and I want to pre-order the game but as @ gameinformer.com (would cost me 69.98$)the only way to pay is with credit card and I dont have one (dont even know someone who has one :p) Is there any online shop with any other way to pay then credit card?

You could try other stores like gamestop, gamespot, target, walmart, eb games. Have you gone to your local gamestores? Or you could ask someone to get it for you. But you do know that the one released in america won't work on a german ps2 don't you? You would have to wait for the german version to come out.
