-We play Online. We're so Happy.
-We finally Unlock all the Stuff in Krypt and K.A.F. We're so Happy.
-We beat Konquest after staying up all night. We're so Happy.
-We have the Highest Rank in Online Play. We are so...Happy.
-We master every Character in MKA. We're so Happy.
-We Beat the game with every character. We're so Happy.
...
Now wait a Minute here!
Are we Happy anymore?
After we beat all of it...And mastered everything. Now what?
No Kontent Download or anything.
-We play Halo 3. Call of Duty 4, Now we're so happy.
Everyone stops Playing MKA...
I don't know about you guys.
But we need some Unique Ideas for Mortal Kombat 8. So that Everyone will keep coming back to play some more.
I mean, Once call of Duty 3 came out, we all just stopped playing Mortal Kombat Armageddon. Don't you find it kind of sad?
I want there to be a reason to come back and play more of Mortal Kombat 8. Because it seems MKA Got old very fast.
Let's Give out some Ideas. Let's think of some very Unique things. Something that could make this Game Conquor and Make Dead Or Alive Players want to Play Mortal Kombat.
Well, Let's start.
Only Give one Idea per person.
I'll start it.
Remember Only one Idea of your Own.
My Idea: I don't want there to be like...80 Selectibal Characters in MK8.
I think there should be at least...15. Plus a Created Fighter.
That way we can have more moves for each fighter. And that way we will have a use for only one fighting style.
Well let's keep this going. Let's see if we can somehow help Ed boon get some Ideas.

I completely agree in this. There needs to be a good amount of replay value. I have no doubt this game will do so.

Should there be super special moves?

I don't know where to really discuss this, so I'm just going to put it here. I think Mortal Kombat 8 needs to lose the mini-games. Chess Kombat, Motor Kombat and the like were cute ideas, but if they were cut there might been enough room for more story elements, which would just make Mortal Kombat a more enveloping experience.
heres an idea, i donlt know if it would work or if its good.
What if they have one big ending FMV that tells you the whole story of who wins and what happnes to the characters,., and every time you beat the game with a character it unlocks a piece of the story. So you HAVE to to beat the game wirh everyone to unlock the entire ending of the game.
Or have individual story endings like regular for a What if this person wins it..... but then after you beat it with everone, then it unlocks a cannon storyline of who actually wins and what happens.

Unlocking the story part by part would be fun until you unlock all of them. Then that's it...
I can say that from my own experience of playing fighters.
Tekken is the only one that keeps me hooked and has for years. I don't care if there is nobody else to play.
Why tekken does this for me and not other fighters?
The way the game plays is very appealing to me.
I love having a lot of moves to use, especially if they are flashy and are satisfying to land. Like the feeling you got from landing an uppercut in MK2. A large number of the moves in Tekken are like that BOOOOM!!!
The combat has to feel intense, hard hitting, stylish, fast, logical....
Another reason I keep playing tekken is because of the juggles. Even though I think they are over powered, it's a lot of fun and satisfying to land them, especially if they are difficult or flashy.
I like watching people play and learn new techniques. There are so many options, it seems like there's always something new to discover or try for every character.
The graphic style and music are pretty cool too overall.
The main thing that keeps me coming back to MK is the look, the music and how the combat is fast and hard hitting, even though it's designed pretty blah... It feels under developed.
It has an essence there that calls my attention.
If MK's game play was more fun and well developed, I'd be playing it more. I got that feeling most with MKDA, and a little with MKA but it wasn't good enough to keep me hooked for long.
MKDA kept me hooked the longest.

This is not a bad idea. How about beating the game with a character once will unlock their "what if" ending, and once you've completed it with every character, you then get the individual canon endings when you complete it. So to get the full picture, you actually need to complete the game 100% twice.
I'm undecided about a Konquest mode, but if they decide to keep it, I think it should explore the characters' backgrounds in-depth.
Create-A-Fighter will probably return, but I think they could also have a mode where you do Konquest with your created fighter, in sort of a mini-RPG, and that will allow your character to enter the MK universe with allies, enemies, special moves, fighting styles, and all that, as dictated by how you play the RPG mode.
Make it two discs, if you need to.

Yes, I think the Idea that McMichael Has is pretty Good.
I think too that their Should be Konquest mode for maybe your K.A.F.
If I could. Maybe should put this in.
Something that could help people want more of MK.
Maybe instead of Extra Anenas to Unlock.
How about make a mode to Create an Arena?
I think that would be cool. And very entertaining.
But so far. Everyones Idea are awesome!
Let's keep this Going everyone.

Having a conquest mode for custom characters, story wise would be bad, because there is no real development for that. Unless you make the story up your self, which would then have nothing to do with the game in actuality.
It takes a ton of planning to make something like that look good for a specific character. If it's made for custom character's, that focus won't be there it'll look random and too general, like the create a fatality was in MKA.
Having a create a stage mode would be very limited too, because it takes a lot of planning and specified tasks for artists to make a nice stage. You would see a ton of crappy stages getting made.
It would make the rest of the game look bad.
If stuff like this isn't made by a pro, it's probably going to turn out bad.
What would work OK is if the stages were customizable, like the character's costumes are in Virtua Fighter and Tekken. Change the color scheme, add a portal, put a hole in the wall, change a statue, change a pattern on the wall, link one stage to another for transitions, etc. Cosmetic changes basically would be doable with better results.
This would be different for every stage. Some changes made to one stage would not work well with another.

All that I really want off the top of my head are...
1. The ability to re-create any of the past characters in KaK.
2. Ominous secret characters like from MK1 and MK2.
3. A tag mode.
4. A new playable Shokan.
5. The Run button.

co-op konquest like in mksm but its like a side story with not main with characters i.e you can choose out of 8 characters instead of 4 and don't have all the same story one bad thing with mksm and then there was the main konquest which is free roam normal fatality's stage fatality's should be a button combo and special fatality's you can only do to a specific character i.e mileena is doing the special fatality to baraka she rips out his blades and impales them in to his head but this one can only be done to baraka
thats it for now
thats it for now
