I wouldn't say that means he's playable. It may just mean you can unlock an alternate costume for the boss to wear. But maybe you're right.

That kinda seems even more unlikely... unlocking an outfit for a char u can't even play as anyway?

Another thing that tells me he might be a super unlockable (at least I've understood from the forums that a super unlockable is a char besides the 24 main chars, right? inform me when wrong) is that he shows visible fighting styles. Moloch didn't have any fighting styles, which makes it all the more logical that he isn't playable...

you may be right, i missed that.
i did not see that he have a fighting style, why give him a style you will never use your self, unless he is the ULTIMATE UNLOCKABLE CHARACTER.
i am now guessing that you could get him after unlocking everyone.

If Onaga is playable, it's gonna suck big time. No one wants to play against your friend who has Onaga and have a little chance of beating him without Onaga beating you within an inch of your life. And also; another throw back to counter your possible claim. How the hell will Onaga be playable along with the Deathtraps. It's extremely unfair to the opponent that can get knocked into them while Onaga can't. Of course they would give Onaga fighting styles. It's kinda gay to just stand there and kick, punch, kich punch, fly, throw, throw, punch. Haha.

Well, the pic is not very clear. So lets not assume this is an alternate of Onaga until we have clear proof.

Well either way right out of Boons mouth was "The Sub Boss will be playable not the Boss". Which confirms it right there. Sorry dude but your theory is wrong. You may be able to purchase attires the the DK(Dragon King)(Donkey Kong) so you don't have to fight the same looking DK. That could be what they are doing.

they could always modified him so he receives normal damage and can be knocked into death traps.

I hope Onaga is not playable in this game.
He should be in Mk7.
