Those who are still interested in finding hidden stuff need the use of this board to communicate ideas, no matter how cheesy. Even something as simple as a production art of sektor, or a game shot of the puzzle fighters battling on the artifacts arena.
...and yes, I am flaming you. This is getting rediculous. Everyone who isn't going to be part of the help, just needs to shut up. This board is laggy enough as it is, than to have to sit here, wait for the page to unlock from a transparent image, and then read that someone, once again, is being negative towards the kontent in this game.

I just ignore them because No one on these forums knows for sure whether or not there are more characters. If there does end up being more characters we can just laugh in their face and if not.... Oh well. Can't blame us for trying.

People say there are no "super unlockables" because there most likely isn't. It's almost assuredly Boon stirring the shit so people will continue to play his game. He's done it in the past and he'll continue to do it in the future. Personally I find the "OMG SUPAR UNLOCKBLES PROOF~!!!!!!!" and "STFU DERE R SU CHARS U STUPID~!!!!!" type posts infinitely more annoying than the "Nope, super unlockables don't exist." posts.

Posting possible information from brady games, although probably a lie, is fine.
It's good for referencing, true or not, and shouldn't be immediately dropped because someone catches a typo/grammar mistake, and are so anal retentive they can't be wrong about anything.

Eventualy these posts are going to contain something important, such as the hold UP+Start in practice mode thing going around, and people are STILL flaming and saying "this'll never lead to anything", when it's already something worth noting.

Dude, I couldn't agree more. Please people, even if we are wrong, there is no point in being jerks. I dunno if there are SUs in the game or not, but I hope there are, and it's pointless to say they aren't--maybe the files for the characters are scattered in different folders? Let's assume for an instant that Cage is unlockable. Well, not Kobra, but that other guy.... oh... Darrius. He has Cage's old Karate style, even down to the exact same combos, and I would know. So let's assume we get that style from him. Liu Kang has nunchaku, and maybe some of Cage's movement/fatality animations, etc. Then, maybe Jun Pao or whatever it's called can be used as Jeet Kune Do if the game merely decodes the info different, or activates different combos for Cage than it does of Liu.
So maybe the characters CAN'T be unlocked by cheat devices, because they are spread across different folder/hidden in different places.

I wouldn't use this as proof, as Gamepro sucks. Most widely popular magazine amongst teens my ass. Last time I checked, they still said Ermac was in the Genesis version of MKI!
Not that I'm denouncing the existance of "Super Unlockables". I think there's still much to this game that we haven't found yet. Boon's crafty like that.

Anyways on the super unlockables,im one of the people who think they are in there.Like in the netherrealm,the black dragon is protecting something named 'Kochal'.I beat all three,then a portal opened and brought me to the beginning of the netherrealm and 1000 onyx koins.BUT I do not believe that is all the portal does.I mean,why would the black dragon be protecting a few koins?They wouldn't,so im thinking it must be something worth protecting.Maybe a super unlockable,future mk boss,or even a new realm.I have thought of going through the portal every hour of the day,to see if anything is different.It may lead us to something....or someone.

The only reason i belive there MIGHT be SUs is because Liu was discussed by the creators in a GI magazine and of course Raiden is one the friggen Kollectors Edition cover. How secret is that? lol.

Raiden and Liu Kang are 2 of the 24 characters. They are not super unlockables.

Wow, only about 2 weeks and people say there aren't any SU's. Well, let me tell you the tale of the Citadel:
In Goldeneye for N64, there was a rought test level clled the Citadel. It was "removed" when the game came out, which was 10 years ago (I think). But at the begining of this year, hackers discovred the Citadel.
Maybe it will take longer than 2 weeks to find the SU's. Hopefully not 10 years...
