question about a certain death trap, if it exists or not. *spoilers*

I remember before the game came out... I read somewhere that there was a death trap where you could knock your opponent into the ground... and a giant worm creature would eat him. I think theres a concept sketch of this somewhere (not sure if it was in a MKD koffin tho, but in a magazine).
But my question is.... did this death trap make it into the game? I haven't seen it just yet... all I've seen that comes close to this one is where the mechancial dragon looking head chops you in half.

I dont believe it did. From your description, I think I would remember a giant worm tongue But it sounds like it might have been along the lines of the bettle lair and it's death trap that didn't make it.confused

and... I was just gonna ask if there beetla lair death trap was in.... so it's not, huh? Damn... and I was looking forward to those 2 death traps.
Oh and another question... is there a death trap on that Artifacts stage? The one with the pretty gem in the middle with a sword, and theres a lower stage ?

The link isn't working, but AFAIK, there was no "organic" death trap, for lack of better words :) And as far as The artifact level, there is a cool level changer, but I havn't found any death trap for it, but to be honest, I never looked either. There may be one for it? But I wouldn't count on it.wink

The Beetle Lair deathtrap was cut, and the Ice Worm deathtrap isn't it the game.....so far. We don't know yet. We think it is the deathtrap for the Frozen Katakombs stage. And Artifact level, do you mean the Chamber Of Artifacts? If so, that was also suppose to have a deathtrap where you could fall through the glass and get shredded in the gears, but that was also cut from the main version or just tossed out.

this goes right back to my missing stages topic...more proof im right!! thats awsome, nice find man!!...im now 98% sure the ice catacombs are in there WITH A DEATH TRAP!
and hey reign...there is one organic death trap...yin yang island... the parana! even though its not to good i had to mention it lol

man, 3 death traps I was looking forward to... all gone... unless there really is one more secret stage. But we also thot there was a hidden swamp level in MKDA... that turned out to be wrong. It was in the GBA version tho.
