Just a hypothetical, but if are no SU characters, would anyone even really care?
There's been so much talk about the SUs, I'm beginning to wonder if anyone realizes that Deception is a good enough game even without them.

Honestly im quite happy with the 24 i have now.It would be nice and since the MK team is notorious for hidden content it would surprise me if there is SU.I think two things make people so addament about SU, One it gives people a sense of replayability ,knowing there is more to find. And two alot of characters people like and wanted didnt make it into Deception although i cant see why anyone would want to play as Johnny Cage, though Bo Rai Cho is probally the worst character since Sonya.

You ́re right! It is damn good, but the big hype is and always was the mystery behind the SUs and other secrets in MK. Without that something would be missing in my opinion.

For me I need super unlockables. Considering the time they had to make the game, and the fact that most of the Deadly Alliance models are in there, I think we're being cheated that they are not selectable, since it would have been a simple port over.
Also the fact that we have videos showing that Ashrah, Havik, Hotaru and others were Puzzle fighters at one point. It would be like they were deliberately taking things out because they didn't want to give away too much for the money.
Imagine if we had the MK:D fighters and some of the deadly alliance cast model port overs for SU's. Most likely they are not because their characters have no special moves, unless they have another version of their player code elsewhere we can't see.
