Questions about Konquest and the Krypt

I know that not a lot of people would have the game at this point, and wouldn't really know for sure, but I have a few questions. You know in Konquest you can unlock characters, stages, and costumes? What about the Krypt? Will those same things be in the Krypt as well so you have the choice of unlocking them from both, or will they do a smart thing and keep it only in Konquest? If it's just in Konquest, maybe that's why there's less koffins this time =/

I could be wrong, but the way I understand it is that there are keys found in Konquest that unlock koffins in the krypt for hidden characters.

Since when? Boon even said that you'd be able to unlock characters in Konquest. And I'm not only talking about Shujinko. I read somewhere that you get Kenshi pretty quickly, now I dunno if that meant in Konquest or if he's just a cheap character in the Krypt, but I know that I read that somewhere. Why would they not let you unlock characters in Konquest?

Jade can be unlocked by buying the Grave OI.
So there are characters that can be bought, not just requiring Keys.
