I believe you may have to do her quest. You can either find a cave for liu kangs burial, or go tell liu himself that Tanya is planning to bury him.

After doing the quest you have to get out of outworld and return. Only after this, Tanya appear near the bridge and i get her alt.

hmmm i did this all but i dont get her alt costume after fighting with her ...
i opend a second profile and started the konquest again ... it's kinda strange ...

I think oyu have to complete tanyas mission in Outwrold. She is found at A7 or A8. She asks u to find a cave to trap Liu Kang. U can now do 2 things, fin the cave or warn Liu Kang. The cave is in H-5, inside the Tarkata camp. U then return a map to her. Liu Kang is found in Lei Chen walking behind the left hand side of houses. U get a better reward from Tanya than u do Liu Kang.
After this Tanya is found at C-3. U fight her and win to get her alternate.

yeah i know , i did al this .. but i get the alt costume ... realy this sucks after starting a second profile to get her alt costume ... i found out why i dont get her alt costume ... www.trmk.org .. on the maps ...
