For your first question:

It was confirmed that every stage has something unique to it, whether it be a special weapon or death trap, so every stage having a deathtrap is possible, but personally I dont see it happening

For the 2nd:


A stage with more than one, I dont know for sure, btu I dont think they would do that whatsoever. With all to go into this game, I dont see 2 different finishers for a level happening. However Boon and Co have suprised us on many different occasions, so dont count it out. Personally I dont see it happening, it would be cool, yet stupid all in one. there are more than fatalities they need to get done before the games release(150 days)
