When Shinnok launched the attack and later the Deadly Alliance killed Liu Kang, Raiden had every right to interfere as a god, but only if he retconned his elderhood. Elder may not interfere, while juvenile gods may do so.

It was an excellent FMV, but I was rather annoyed that Shang Tsung lost so easily to Quan Chi.
Tsung did most of the work against Raiden...Quan Chi stood back like a little bitch and conserved his strength :D

So then, what was going through Raidens head when he decided to go at it alone? Cause he had no choice, or because the other earthrealm champs/Fighter peoples werent anywhere to be found, IE Sub-Zero, was he like stuck in the outworld or something?
