Remember the four hands in the dragon king arena?

I just saw the pic from mkd website and I remebered
that I read something about the four hands.If you distroy them they will confuse dragon king for a while so you can attack him.but in the pic there are
five hands.One of the hands looks to be special.It
is located near the deathtrap between the other
two hands.I wonder if that one does something amazing.
