Everyone thought Kobra was called Ben
Some people thought Jade and Tanya had Sun-Bin
The first trailer came out and everyone was excited about Baraka
We didn't know who Onaga was when someone took the code of the site
Jax was confirmed by gamespot
Everyone thought there would be like 6 or 7 super-unlockable's
Havik was Skab
Ashrah was the Female Raiden
Everyone thought you could fully customize Shujinko. Pick his moves and fighting style's
The e3 select screen, before Noob-Smoke was on. The big debate thing where everyone guessed who was on it.
Anyone know anymore thing's that happened on these forums between it's announcement and now?

I remember when they show Sub-Zero alternate costume. I thought that he was Dairou. Too bad that he is really Sub-Zero...

When Scorpion, Sub Zero, Kitana and Quan Chi were on the chess board so they were 'automatically playable.'
When the lady in green was Tanya.
When Ashrah was Kitana with godlike powers.
When Raiden was confirmed dead.
When a Shokan was in the game.
When Kitana was in the game.
When Sareena was in the game.
When everyone tried to guess who the 2-3 SU's were.
When everyone tried to guess who the 3-6 SU's were.
When everyone tried to guess who the 6-8 SU's were.
When everyone tried to guess who the 6-12 Su's were.
When every MK character in histroy was playable or SU.

I remember a lot of the brouhaha regarding Smoke.
The sign on his boot, the colour of his blood, whether it was actually Noob, the supposed "flesh" on his mask, which turned out to be blood, etc, etc.
I also remember when the trailer was first leaked, I was in #mortalkombat at the time...what a din that was. Between Murdoink creaming himself, and 60 other people asking where to get the video, and Murdoink creaming himself, and 30 other people asking why it wasn't working, and Murdoink creaming himself, it was the most active the channel had been in months.

I remember when everyone thought that Konquest was 'Kreate-A-Kombatant'. Though, with Boon's original explanation of it, that is certainly what it sounded like.
Then we found out we could only play as Shujinko, and again, Boon said 'Everyone's shujinko will be different...from outfit to moves to style...you could even have 2 weapon styles'

Also the Skab name change issue. Some thought it was Havik (which it is) and some thought it was Onaga. (i remember, i was flamed at by this one dude)

Oh and another thing (*X*BloodyEyes, you might remember this wink), everyone spelled Hara-Kiri differently. like Hari-Kiri or Hara-Kari or so forth. i was the one who spelled it Hari-Kiri sad. but now, i spelled it correctly grin

I remember when ]{0mbat had the idea that 'Hara-Kiri' was a tribute to Harry Carey, the sports commentator. I was laughing about that for weeks.
