well...i don ́t get it too clearly:

if the Dragon King ́s name is ONAGA, then he isn ́t Reptile, right??

if Raiden was the only able to face the Deadly Aliiance and all the other warriors not (that includes Reptile) that means that all the endings of MKDA didn ́t happened..(that includes Reptile ́s noe...and the real ending of MKDA is the INTRO of deception).

So, these means that:
REPTILE is NOT the DRAGON KING

what do you think???

sounds reasonable and i didnt think reptile would turn into dragon king...dragon king actually looks more humanoid than reptile to a degree (with his helmet and stuff) so ya i could agree with this but i wouldnt be stubborn about it ;-P

duuuuude onaga is a reencarnation so he could have possesd reptile ́s body and transformed it that doesn ́t make him reptile, he is onaga
