Reptile- The Ninja

I know that lots of people don't want him back as the ninja, and I know lots of people do. I'm on the fence. He was my favorite ninja, but I do kinda think he should stay the way he is for consistancy reasons.

However, one thing I haven't really seen mentioned: Even though the movies, aren't really true to the games in every sense, Reptile is a lizard like creature in the movie, and turns into the Ninja, so for all those people who want him as the ninja, I'd say there is still a small ray of hope.

If he does come back as the ninja though, he must have the force ball, it's a requirement.

You know what would be cool if he came back as half ninja half reptile, like he was busting out of the ninja uniform, his tail sticking out the back and his face looks reptilish, like how he looked sorta in his alt Mk4 costume. If that didnt happen i always liked his ninja side better

Have you seen the alternate costume for reptile in MK4? i cant give a link or post an image, but it was the reptilian version of reptile in his ol' ninja suit, thats what his alternate should be for MK:D

I could never understand why MK4 Reptile didn't have the cloth hanging from his waist, and it bugged me. I liked his MK2 look the best, and would like to see him come back as that somewhat, because now it would be kinda retro, but since all the others have changed, it would be somewhat unique now too.

yes definately have rep ninja... he is my fav character but i didn't really like his new look in da all that much.... i would love something in between his mk4 and da look though... and at least the option to go from reptilian to more human.... like in the movie like you said.... with 3 costumes this time around i hope he is indeed in it and with a ninja form.... my favorite look for him though is right there in my sig.... he definately needs to return to his mk2 look

a lot of people like reptile as he is now, so i think it would be kind of redundant to return reptile into his ninja form. changing his appearnace back in forth through each game wont make much sense. even though i liked him more as a ninja, i think his character will develop more in style and in story better if hes in his reptile persona. but damn, a ninja reptile would be sweet.

funny that you should mention that since they did that in MK:DA. reptiles primary costume was a ninja suit while his alt was a cloth with bones. his ninja costume however did not consist of a mask so ended up not pleasing the fans who wants a full blooded ninja... grin

It's more about people wanting Reptile to be a ninja, because he was one of the original 3. I think people would generally trade in Ermac, or Noob for a different look and have Reptile remain a ninja.

reptile was cool as a ninja but for mkd he should be a combo of 4's and da's (except his alt in mkda)mkda's body wearing the ninja outfit with the mk4 head style wearing the mask but not the hood
