You seem to be posting this on every thread relavent to the Dragon King and Reptile. Tell me, do you know information we don't, or are you guessing?

I would put money on it that says regardless of endings cuz we all know must of them mean ****, that reptile is not the dragon king, we have seen pictures of the dragon king kinda and unless reptile is not like a huge mutant with red eyes that got possessed its not reptile.

just to clarify something. The Dragon King was not in the egg, he was in that large stone coffin looking thing at the beginning of DA. That dragon in the egg was supposed to be part of a ritual thing the Dragon King was gunna do to become all powerful or something like that. There is a whole prophesy that goes along with it I don't remember it off hand but you should look it up. Reptile most probably is the DK though.

Anyway, I have liked all of Reptile's looks. Even his MK:DA look, although I like it the least out of all his looks.

oh yea thats right. the baby dragon wasnt the DK. i forgot bout that. i was thinking that reptile was the "sacrifice" but the egg is the sacrifice.

i could tell you off hand that i think reptiles ending was non cannon, it just seemed really realistic like it happened.

the DA endings were non cannon(shang and quan chi)
and everybody thought they betray each other, when right now i think they still have their alliance.

so reptiles was non cannon cause it doesnt make sense.

plus reptile cant be the DK cause reptile was human, better yet not even born when the DK was the emperor.

he died of old age and decided to mummify his army till the next dragon egg comes.

the next dragin egg came and they messed up with it. they have to abortion the egg and take the blood.

but it didnt work, so they had to wait for the next egg again, the one blaze was guarding.

this time it worked, they got the blood form that egg and the DK was born. reptile has nothing to do with that ending i am almost sure of it.

reptile was the last of their race also showing that he was the youngest of them all.

maybe a grandson type to the DK.

i always thought he would be a large dragon, but after raidens ending.

he is just a bigger shao kahn, same armor, just bigger looking and different type of helmet.

he looks badass, but i think he will be an easy boss.

there is deathtraps and shit in the game, and i think he will be the easiest thing ever cause of those.

that sucks. because they said he never lost a fight so they should have you beat him in arcade mode, and after u win the 2 rounds, you dont get to finish him.

you just see him run away at the end.

thats what i think. they wont show him getting defeated.

anyway with all that damn hype saying he never lost a fight, they he better be the hardest fucking boss ever!!!!!

Reptile is special...he is part of the prophecy..he is now the DK;s host body

it is unclear as to how much of Reptile remains in the body...but reptile now contains the DK..asumming thats how things went down

Dude, really please if your going to put all of these spoilers up, atleast make it known that they are SPOILERS!...You seem to know alot of stuff about this game, thats great. If your a fan, then you know how it is to hear all of the exciting news, but yet you dont let that mystery follow for us too, you just shout them out, so please put spoilers in the post/topic next time..thanks

Ive liked all the Reptiles they all look good to me the one that i really like is the Mk2 Reptile i find him really cool with his ninja outfit.But i still like the other Reptiles.

I hope that Reptile doesnt have to do with the Dragon king i just want Reptile to be his-self.

I am really hoping that Reptile has not transformed into the Dragon King. If he has then Reptile will no longer be!! It will be the end of him as a character and we'll never see him again as we know & love him.

Peeps, some of you guys are missing the biggest piece of the puzzle.

You see, after the release of MKDA, MK5.org arranged an internet chat with the creators of Mortal Kombat. This chat was called "Fight Night." In that chat, I believe it was John Vogel, the story-writer for Mortal Kombat, confirmed that Reptile was diced to little bitty pieces and reformed as the Dragon King. Whether John Vogel said this or not, I can't remember for certain, but either way is was confirmed. This plotline could have been altered, but I think they already had MKD in mind when they made that twist.

Sorry, guys. Rep is most likely the Dragon King.

Here's my take:

Once the egg hatched, the soul of the DK possessed Reptile's body, and strengthened it. He was bigger and stronger afterwards.

Now, seeing as Reptile is just a vessel for the DK, I see the possibility for Possessed Reptile being the sub-boss, and after he's defeated, the soul of the DK comes out and takes back it's original form, that being the last boss.

As for Reptile's looks, I say that his MK4 look was horrible. If they kept his face like they did in his MKII ending, that would've been awesome. However, seeing as my major grip was his head and muzzle, I liked his lizard like Mask.

I really liked his deadly alliance look though.

A: It's never stated his personal win/loss record. All we know is his army never lost.
B: Reptile was never human. He was just disguised as one. And if Scorpion can die and come back as a fire breathing hellninja, why can't the DK come back as Rep. Also, Reptile's race was liquidated by Kahn.
C: Where exactly did you get all your facts?

reptile is dead i hate to say it but i bet you get a glimpse of him in the end video he'll probably be back for mk7 or he is unlocked when you beat down the dk

there not spoilers b/c no one knows about mkd yet. what your reading is just speculation.

Reptile Lives....

I would like it if he was still alive, though. It will be very interesting to see what happens to him. He's been somebody's lackey for too long, and now finally HE has the power! It'll be interesting to see what happens....

I like the idea of Reptile being the DK, especially if there is some way to keep part of Reptile's conciousness. It would give him the power to get back at all those who betrayed his loyalty to them. Quite personally I'd love to see the Dk/Reptile rip apart Nitara and Cyrax. In fact I recently finished to concept drawings of what I think th DK could look like, one of him being transformed by the egg hatching and another with him in armor holding Nitara's head in his hand. As soon as I figure out how to post them I'll be sure to.

Er, I'm not trying to be ignorant or n/e thing, but it said the Dragon King's egg hatched, and then it showed a picture of the DK taking over Reptile's body. He'll look friggin awesome when he appears!

I still think that Reptile isn't the Dragon King. In some chat last year it was said that Reptile would be more dragon-like, but not the Dragon King himself. I see Reptile as more of a sub-boss than the Dragon King himself... he was transformed and now serves a new master with greater power than he ever imagined... or something along those lines... later

My opinion is that Reptile looked the coolest in MK1, just very simple. If they can combine that suit with a few new ideas he can be my best friend. The way he looked MKDA didn't do it for me. In MK4 they did a great thing, seeing him in his evolved form and his alternate costume was a ninja suit.

maybe when reptile became th dragon king then blaze came out (as said in blazes lame ass ending) the spirit of the dragon king realized a more powerful host and left reptiles body and took blaze over leaving reptile more powerful and blaze dead

I hope they give him a ninja/reptillian look (not like mk4 horrible look for him) but i still love him Live on Reptile Live on!!
