I don't think thats a third eye, i think its a stab wound that sindel made when freeing Onaga from his body! I'm hoping Sindel's Ending is canon at least.
Err, Nope. I'm looking at Game Informer's character spread and there's Reptile with a third eye on his chest, Which looks exactly like the eyes on his head.
