Roundz? or 1 long battle?

Ever hear of 's'?
I'd say one long round, like in DA. That was pretty good.

I think with the Death Traps system the rounds can't be too long. The only way to get a good round is to manipulate the enviroment.

they should have like 10 mins for each round.

DA wasnt a 1 long battle, it was divided up into best of 3 rounds

Maybe in options you should be able to decide whether you want rounds or one long fight. If you choose rounds you should be able to decide how many; if it's one long fight, you should be able to decide how much energy you would have (ie. how big your energy bar should be).

Exactly what I meant - but impaleZ will be problematic
Scorp13 - I believe it to be sarcasm XcarnageX - I'm all about the optionZ

Well how's this?
You choose to as little as 1 round, and you can set up the amount of damage... Like having fighters receive little damage in order to prolong the battle...

Well in any fight it seems like their are pauses. Maybe a "round" type system, but where it's pretty seamless, like each characters life would rebound, but action would be a bit stop, like one character goes flying to the ground the other one does a taunt... next rouhnd.
