i think that's scorp man, why would another mk character wear scorpion colors like that. you would get confused.

There are newer pics of this guy up on Gamespot. He DOES NOT have a mask, it just looks like that in the picture. You can fully see his face in the new pics. It's either Ben or Kobra (hence the cobra on his back). Though, I believe them to be one in the same. Scorpion? Please, don't make me laugh.
