I think it would be cool to see a teleport punch in 3D. Im not a Scorpion fan, but i'd like to see them try and pull it off.

it would be kick ass if instead of coming through the other side of the screen he popped right up behind you like a ghost

It will be there. It has already been stated that all returning characters will have all of their Classic arsenal. As for the the thread topic: I hope it is redone with cool teleporting effects.

Its gonna be hard to animate in a 3D environment

I thought it will return. I think it could become very useful for getting a last hit on some custom juggles. I kidna like the idea of having a portal appear and almost instantanously have him go through and out the outerside.

I think it would be great to have that back. It would help in a fight near the grinder. u can teleport behind your oppenet and knock him in when he was you backed up to it

I miss it very much. It used to be there in MK2 I think, and it made scorpion alot of fun.

yeah your right, I hope also that Sub-Zero will have the ice-clone back and Mileena her roll and teleport kick
