Here is how to see it, do not talk to Moloch in Netherrealm. Then beat Quan-chi as Scorpion. A second cut-scene with Moloch and Dhramin standing there listing to the battle and then one of them says lets feast on the loser.

that cutscene always occurs lmao wether or not you talk to him or not
i personally always ran up to him and talked to him and punched him to hear him burp lol
but after defeating quan chi, the cutscene still happens

No it does not, I have tried this 4 times, 2 talking and 2 not talking and it only happens when I did not talk to him.

thats strange because like i mentioned i talked to him a lot (i even did his mission) before i beat quan chi and i saw this cut scene

Same here. I talked to Moloch and Drahmin (completing the mission) and still saw the cutscene.
