When you get the mission from Sektor in Edenia, go to OrderRealm and right in the center of the map near the portal, somewhere around that Pyramid is the parts dealer, you'll find him. He gives you the parts and then just go back to Sektor in Edenia where you first found him and then he gives you some Koins!
