I love Sektor.

I just hope he has his flame thrower arm attachment, more as a secondary weapon used in special moves/fatalities, rather than primary weapon.

In my opinion, he should have

Fuma-Ryu, closest style of Ninjitsu to the Lin Kuei combat arts.

Devil Hands, a deadly style of Dim Mak.

His weapon should be either a Red Lightsaber (maybe even dual lightsaber) or he could have a red pulse blade.
