So most people are assuming when sektor says Shinnok backwards ( I dont remember off the top of my head what it is) So i do agree that this has nothing to do with the code. but what i do wanna know is;
What context does he use the word in (pretty much what the full sentance is)
and...
Why in the hell is he saying shinnok? there has to be some reason for it.

Sektor NEVER says "Shinnok" in Konquest.
Sekor tells his clan to activate the escape plan from the warship. Code: K-0-N-N-1-H-5

SHINNOK.
It's just a ranom in-joke that the develpoers like to throw in.
Simmlar to MKD's Konquest where you have to find "Parlos Cassina". Witch is MK motion cpature man Carlos Passina's name with some letters re-arranged.
