look at 1:03 in trailer 1...look in the far background during the chess game and you will see a guard walking around with a spear. look in the foreground and you will see the kneeling monks. now look at the pic below from mk1.

Yeah I noticed that too, I'm liking the little touches of old MK being introduced into the new MK.
I also noticed, if you look at the Tower Background you can clearly see Sektor in one of the Mugshots.
