Its not really sure he is dead. His ending told that everyone was dead, that didnt happen. Maybe he got killed, maybe he didnt. Its not confirmed I think.

Bring him back! Baraka is like my fave MK character and it was criminal he wasnt in MKDA.

Yes Baraka should return. He hasn't really been in enough games, and is a great character who deserves a comeback, and a more in-depth story.

Yes I think he should come back. He was one of the best and most original characters. I remember reading somewhere on the net that he was coming back and that he would have an outfit where only his eyes and teeth were showing. I don't know how credible that source was, but that's what I read.

As far as we know, Barka never died.
Remember, his MKG ending that was shown in MKDA doesn't count (since "Raiden is dead, EVERYONE IS DEAD" never happened).

So since Baraka never died, bring him back for MK6

What about Scorpion? If he was never resurrected, he would have never been in MK to begin with.

Plus, as has been said BARAKA IS NOT DEAD. Or at least, cannot be proven to be dead. His MKGold ending never happened, as the elder gods, Raiden, and the Earth warriors are NOT dead. Of course, he may have been killed in battle, but nothing thus far has suggested that.

Mortal Kombat definitely needs a NOMAD from the outworld right now. So if BARAKA is dead, any other NOMAD no wait why any other NOMAD,any of BARAKA's family member, who is a nomad can be inserted in the next sequel.

yes! I know some of us are strict 'bout storyline & who is/isn't dead. I know the resurrection thing has been played to DEATH but - thats what the GAMEplay is about - playing to the DEATH - you die every time you play. - to me - Bada$$ characters are more important than badass storylines. without resurrections(as stated) - Scorp., Cage, Sindel, etc. wouldn't be around. I'm not sayin' that should be Baraka's storyline. NO! - All endings R "what if" - what if Baraka returned? - as said - everyone else didn't die in his MK Gold ending. What if every 1 lived & he did too? - ALSO - I DON'T BELIEVE Mavado's Konquest says flat he KILLED Kabal. - rather that he defeated him. I'm most certain N E way - Bring it with Baraka !!!

Baraka should be brought back. He OWNED everybody!!!!!! He was one of the best characters on MK2, and not too shabby on MK Gold. If they brought him back, it would be the end for all the rest of the characters!!!!!
