Should have Downloadable content

That would be kool if Midway gave this game the option for downloadable levels and characters for the game. I am upset that certain classic characters are not added as playable people. It would have been a good idea if they could make a character in their spare time and have him be able to be downloaded. I just got a response before saying that many nonplayable characters are featured and i think that if their model has been made already that it wouldnt be as hard to create moves for him. It will still take time but it would add even more depth into the game. Especially if they created new levels too.

While that would be cool... Here is where I will actually defend the dev team.
There is no spare time when it comes to creating games... Ever...

wow! im shocked! hahahah personally they need downloadable content to fix the fighting engine. and Jesus, the fighters move to stiff, no martial artist on the planet uses a frickin karate stance while fighting....

Downloadable content is the beginning of the end, because it will be the excuse of gaming developers to make crappy games, crappy fixes, and keep asking more money.
So, I don't want downloadable content, I want to have a good, finished game.

i've gotta agree that it's a nice thought to download and be able to play as any character but in the end the downloadable characters would be subpar and the game would also suffer because then instead of fixing bugs before release they could do like computer games and just release patches to fix bugs after you've already beaten the game..

i hafta say that the best fighting game that had accurate fight stances would be Tekken 4 or TTT...

Games with downloadable content are not unfinished game at all. It just provides more depth. The new Metal Gear is going to be awesome with the feature. The Tony Hawk games use it well for new levels. Madden updates your roster. It can all be done very well it just needs to have some restrictions. Who is to say that the characters would be sub-par? You don't know, it has never been done before.
