I always had a theory that Cage was meant to be hated and not important to the story. To be the only realistic human being with his own motives and not out to really save the world. I love him for his breath of fresh air even if his story is becoming dull. I want him back badly.
Cage is one of my top 3 favorite characters ever(besides Sub-Zero and Smoke). I love his look, moves and his overall character. He's the kind of person I would hate to death in real life, and I guess that's why I Like him so much. Please bring him back Ed! |

I have said it before, and I will say it again. Cage is a classic, a must in the game! He is one of the originals of the series, a character that makes mk be mk. With out him, it will feel very empty.
People have to admit that even though his story has gotten pretty lame and boring, its not only him, but we also have characters like Scorpion who need urgent story changes.
Johnny Cage has some of the most original and best moves ever! His fatalities are brutal and deadly, and in MKDA he proved to be a deadly warrior, a must.
I dont want them to change his look ever, its a trademark of his, but his story does need a change, but some people just cant face the facts there are other characters with the same problem and only focus on Cage.
AND it was hinted in MKDA that he never died! It was only part of a movie project he decided to quit. The team likes him and admited that they only "killed" him in mk3 cuase of the legal problems they had with the guy who played Cage and scorpion, reason why scorpion was not in Mk3.
