Should Kenshi Have His Sight Restored in MK:Deception?

What do you guys think? Kenshi is such a great character, do you think in Deception it would be good if he had his sight back? A story like with Shang Tsungs demise, and Kenshi stuck in outworld, his sight is restored by The Dragon King, based on one condition.... That He gives up his mortality to lead the Dragon Kings Army? (since he is the best swordsman across all realms)

Any opinions? Too unrealistic?

The reason why Kenshi is unique is because he's blind. No, he should remain blind.

no way I don't like him as a blind person.
then he looks much weaker, but he isn't.
if he can see again then he is definitily my favorite fighter.

But the thing is, he isn't weaker. He gives off an expectation that you can beat him easily, because of his 'disability' but the sword of his ancestors guides him and the eyes that see can be deceived. He won't be faked out with certain moves, illusions, or scared due to how fearsome something appears...

Kenshi should deffinatly not have his eye sight back. If he did the entire telepathy moves are dumb. If he cant see with his eyes he should see with his mind that is what Makes the Character.

Restore his eye sight HUH what were you thinking?

Yeah, I agree about keeping Kenshi blind. It just looks so damn cool. But what you said about getting his sight back to work for DK is interesting. It would be quite a twist if Kenshi turned evil.

Being blind is what makes Kenshi, Kenshi. restoring his sight would do nothing to his storyline except make it dull. Now if in MKDA he weren't blind, and then becomes blind in MKD, that's different b/c we'd want to see if he can defy the odds. But he's already proven he can, and b/c so it makes him one of the most unique characters. I mean you can only go so far with dissabilities.

I say Boon and Company should go the extra distance and make him DEAF also... but what the hell do I know.

I agree with the masses. And it's got me thinking, how would fans have dealt with something like Sub-Zero becoming blind instead of introducing Kenshi?
