Dude, WTF? That's just like asking if Johnny Cage should be a mexican, or Liu Kang should be a black guy, W T F?
I think that he is trying to say that he should look like he used to look. Not black like a black human being, but actually the color black. Like he used to be.
But personally I think he looks better now, and plus, he does have an outfit where he is all "black".

He should stay black, black is the color of mystery, and Noob is the most mysterious ninja out there in the MK universe. In his alternate he has white skin tho

Which is why i'm dissapointed. Instead of giving him his grim reaper outfit, they give him an outfit where he has human skin? Thats ridiculous.
I wouldve loved to see his grim reaper outfit, not to mention his silver skull costume. Hell, him being a plain shadow wouldve been better.

Well...how do we know that Noob's skin is pitch black? True, up until MK:DA, all the ninjas were palette swaps of each other, but it's very possible that his costume in the earlier games was a full-bodied ninja outfit like *real* ninjas used to have. Once he takes his costume off, who knows what he looks like underneath? He could be black, he could be white...hell, he could be neon pink with yellow poka-dots, for all we know!
Besides, he's a Brother of the Shadow, a demon, so he could alter his skin color (or manipulate the shadows around him) to blend into the darkness.

In actuality, we had no idea what Noob's skin looked like until MKD. He was a bonus character in every other game, so his MKG costumes don't count. None of them do, really. Every time before that, he was a swap.
In my opinion, Noob Saibot's full body stealth armor is one of the coolest costumes in the game. It not only stays true to his old appearance, but it preserves his mysterious aura which he's famous for. His other costume is impressive as well, because for the first time, it shows Noob through a casual perspective. We've never been given the priviledge of seeing what he would look like if he weren't on one of his covert missions.
We've seen him in one costume where he's in stealth mode, and one costume where he's in a combat mode. Makes perfect sense to me, and I'm extremely impressed so far.

Um... no. Noob Saibot's skin was pale gray in MKT. Just look at the pic below. Props to FLSTYLE for having the pic available.

No, he isn't a shadow. The story states him to be a spy in the living forest, and member of the brotherhood of the Shadow, and a general in Shinnok's army. It never says he's a shadow. Sareena was a prime member of the Brotherhood of the Shadow. Does that make her a shadow?

I agree with everything you said but have to wonder where it says that he was a spy in the living forest.

Seriously though, I think I do remember them saying something about him in the forest in MKT. I could be wrong, though.

Nothing is said about him being a spy in the living forest, but his story in Trilogy *does* state that he's a spy for the Brothers of the Shadow. For the most part, he was either posing as a hired minion of Shao Khan's, or was spying on everyone on the behest of Shinnok. Since Shinnok was apparently killed in MK4, and Shao Khan's supposedly Dead in Deadly Alliance and Deception, who knows where his story will branch off to? (And for those of you who'll flame me for this, yes, I realize that Midway has confirmed that Shao Khan just barely escaped death. I was talking from the character's point of view. Everyone in the game thinks he's dead, so it's unlikely that Noob Saibot would stick around.)
