Surely Carlos Pesina deserved a better tribute to himself than some prick in a motion capture suit? Why didn't they just do a martial artist named Carlos as his tribute instead?

As for the question, I wouldn't mind a joke character now and again, as long as they're actually funny. Bo Rai Cho's crap got boring after 30 seconds, and Mokap was not funny in the least. A character like Dan in Street Fighter is cool, because he is amusing, so he became part of their story, and got a large fanbase.

Like how Dan pokes fun at SNK, perhaps MK could do one taking the piss out of something like Soul Calibur, or even one of the crappy MK clones that came out in the mid 90's.

If there are any, at least make them playable and not like Mokap or Blaze, who by the way had no fatalites! What a joke that was.
