but back on topic, since konquest is basically shukino's life up intill deception, subby and scorpion's feud may not be the only one he gets invovled in. he lives trhough all the mk's he might piss off more people.

I know that shujinko will have a main storyline for completing konquest and this may be one part of it, there will be some ties with the amulet as well im sure but i believe that is the major storyline. also there must have been a reason that shujinko wasnt in the first MK so the elder gods must have sent him on some sort of mission that allowed scorpion the time to kill sub zero...im sure that the answers will be revealed in 2 mere months! oh i think maybe hmm...67 or 68 days?

You know how you play as Shujinko in the Konquest mode, right? Well, here's my theory about the Scorpion/Shujinko theory that has to do with the Konquest mode. Somewhere along the line, he MAY run into the Shirai Ryu in Japan, and he may have been at the wrong place at the wrong time, and the Shirai Ryu ambush him. One of the ninjas who ambushes him just happens to be Hasashi Hanzo (I just felt like typing his name like that, just like the Japanese do). Since Hasashi-son (codename: Scorpion) was still alive when this ambush happened, he'd probably have different moves from the Scorpion we all know. He might have a modified version of his spear, where he throws a shuriken at you, and a rope, wire, etc. is hooked to it. He might have some traditional ninja techniques up his sleeve when fighting against you. And I would think you'd encounter this Ninja clan more than once, with living Scorpion showing up each time, thus further intensifying the rivalry.
