So, the question i have refers to the character select screen. Once Shujinko is UNlocked and becomes completely playable in the arcade fighting mode, he will surely get his own "box" or sqaure/place on the character select. I Also assume, that once he is readily available at this screen, he will be fitted and appear to the fighting styles YOU have chosen him to Look like.
I understand he is NOT a creat-a-character, rather his appearance reflects how you train him and such. This is where my question comes into play...
Characters that BECOME unlocked are Saved to your MEMORY card (PS2). Thus if Shujinko is unlocked, he would be stored on your memory card. BUT, what happens when YOUR FRIEND has unlocked Shujinko AS WELL, on HIS memory card, and then inserts HIS memory card in SLOT 2. That would mean, that YOUR Shujinko AND their Shujinko would be DIFFERENT! So, how do you suppose that would work?

Assuming Shujinko can be somewhat custimizable, it would be neat to be able to try out Each others Shujinkos...
