Sick boy in first village

Hey guys , sorry if this has been posted already but i did a search and couldnt find anything on it.
I got the medicine for the sick boy from his mom and after i gave it to him he told me to meditate next to the lamp post of bo rai cho's second dojo until wednesday at 4 am and a chest will appear with something worthwhile
I have done this but no chest has appeared , am i doing anythign wrong?

A single koin worth 600 onyx koins will appear on the dojo's right side. This is covered in my guide stickied above.

i was so mad, i was on the wrong side of the dojo and grabed that "?" abd was knocked out for the 2 day and had to medditate for another 5, it sucked!!!furious
