I don't know why, but I wish Sindel will use a Broadsword type weapon, or maybe the Kirehashi Reptile used.

You know what would suit Sindel for a weapon? that snake sword that Ivy uses in soul calibur then that would be copying and fans would bitch about that.

It's not a stage weapon because in the screenshot where hotaru is holding the bladed staff, he is in the slaughter house stage. Sindel wields the weapon in the netherbelly stage. I guess the developers are just playing around with the weapons for now.

Ermac in the trailer used a someone type of axe, and supposly, his weapon is a hammer called Thoraxe (appears in the same pic with Hotaru using the bladed staff)

Sindel did have a bladed staff either in one of the videos or pics! Would be nice 2 see her with a whip though!

....whats with all this talk of sindel having a whip? i never ever saw her use a whip in any of the games or movies i saw her in... so what the hell? and i think you guys just wanna see her use a whip cause she's practically naked, like all the other female characters, so it looks dirty

Hmm I dunno about a whip. would she be able to ahve decent combos with a whip? I imagine she will use something thats kick ass anyway. She wont be wimpy. Its not her style.

I think they r still doing the motion capturing for Sindels weapon that y she holding that for now, like when the first showed Mk:Da at E3 Sub-Zero was using a broad sword and Shang Tsung had a staff. So theres still hope for the whip

in the Ed interview, Sindel is seen with yet another weapon, couldn't tell what it was though cuz it was rainin and dark... *confused* and it also seems like we don't have to worry about Li Mei havin sais anymore.... i think i saw her holding a completely different weapon. *phew*
