I prefer cyrax, but he better have the net. If he doesn't have the net i don't want to see him without a double saber.

Sektor and Cyrax should come before Smoke. The game needs more MK3 representation.

Cyrax and Sektor are capable of carrying stronger stories then the pointless Smoke...I mean I like Smoke, just no point...

Cyrax is far more developed then the other two, but at least Sektor is developed a little overall...if Cyrax doesnt make the game, I am not too sure if I will buy it...

I agree though, he needs a net again...they said it was too cheap a move, but how cheap is the freeze and some of the other moves? Also, a double lightsaber would be interesting, good ideal.

Since Sektor was the only person I played on MK3, and he's red as is Ermac, I'd like for him to come back.

I don't Know why but Sektor always appealed to me, and the fact that he now has a huge cybernetic army clan, I'm thinking him and Sub-Zero are gonna be kinda like rivals and have corresponding endings. I think Smoke isn't gonna be in it, he was a secret character, granted he was far more developed than the other secret fighters (say for maybe Noob) but I'd like to see Sektor in this MK as an unlockable character, and he should be differnt from Cyrax, like he has oh Kenjitsu (A form of Samurai hand-to hand kombat) Jujitsu (not to be confused with Raiden's fighting style) and like a chainsaw thing that replaces his hand.

I would like to all the Cyber ninjas come back in form or another, there just too kool to leave dorment.

Ever since that disappointment known only as MKGold, I've had a soft spot in my heart for Sektor. Cyrax and Smoke I both love, in fact, Cyrax was my favorite MK3 character. I don't like the fact that they just basically erased Smoke from existence and dropped his story onto Cyrax...I would've preferred it if they just kept Smoke, since he was so cool, or given Cyrax a different story. But as for Sektor, he just has this sinister demeanor that I really liked. I especially liked the mention he got in DA, about Sub-Zero defeating Sektor once and for all to gain GrandMaster status of the Lin Kuei. But in any case, any one of them would be fine.

What's this I keep hearing about Smoke having no story? Before MKDA, he had more backround then both the ninja's combined. Really, we didn't know anything about Cyrax until he joined the special forces.

Smoke was a long-time friend and ally of Subzero. When they were betrayed by their own clan, they made one final attempt to escape. Subzero made it through, Smoke was caught and automated. Although the next part is not canon, it is said that Smoke regained his soul aided Subzero in overcoming his cybernetic counterparts.

In all truth, now more than ever Smoke is demanded back in play now that Subzero has his own separate Lin Kuei. Subzero needs his old ally more than ever if he's going to defeat the Red Dragon along with Sektor's faction.

Yeah, that's why I mentioned that they basically erased smoke from existence and dropped his MK3 ending onto Cyrax as Cyrax's story. That was a dumb thing to do, IMO.

I don't know, we haven't even heard from Smoke since the third installment. I mean if you look at the plot development of them all

Tried to espace, was caught 3rd automated
Regained Soul, Helped Subbie Defeat Cyrax and Sektor
(unknown) He may have died in the fight or against Kahn or one of his kronies
Sektor:
Volunteered to be automated first
defeated by Subzero and Smoke, escaped
Malfunction caused him to kill grandmaster
lost to Subzero in fight for medallion
Fled to Japan and started Robotic clan Tekunin(sp?) that is slowly spreading over Japan
He appears to have somewhat more control over actions
Cyrax:
2nd to be automated
Lost to Sub-zero and Smoke was reprogrammed to kill Kahn,
Kahn killed before he could reach him, shut down in desert.
Recovered by Jax and Sonya, he regains his soul turns out to be black
Joins special forces out of loyalty and gratitude
Aided Nitara in return for return to earthrealm.

That's about it, I'm not sure if all the data is accurate but it is for the most part.

I would be inclined to say both Sektor and Cyrax. I couldn't be forced to choose.

Your right, bro! I think Smoke should come back now as Sub-Zeros bodyguard! He'll need the extra protection. With Sareena, Frost, Sektor, Quan and Mavado to deal with, Sub-Zero has a lot of potentially dangerous enemies on his back. He's going to need all the help he can get.

As for the robots in general, I'd like Smoke and Sektor back. Cyrax has grown to be a rather boring character imo and he doesn't really seem needed. But I think he'll be back regardless. Even so, all three of them are fine with me.

If i had 2 pick outta the 3 id have to say Sektor, i like the classic teleporting uppercut thang, plus he's red! Makes me think of Ermac

yet story-line wise I would like to see Sektor return the most.

I think that Smoke should be in the game as his story would be that he ripped away from the cyber suit (not fully.. his insides would be robotic) and he would dress in original masked Smoke only he could still shoot the spear, bombs, and whatever else from his chest.

I think that Cyrax and Sektor should be in the game and for a new aspect have the Lin capture Noob and create a new cyber ninja. Now that's one assasin I never want on my ass. It would give the term "SaiBOT" a better fit don't yah think?

Actually.. if Sektor went off to start a new clan then he should come back in a totally new form.. also not shedding his rockets and teleports of course. This would make for some real original yet classical characters.
