lol damn, this thread got me excited when i saw its name. But nah, the guy in that pic is noob saibot, not smoke.

Yeah, the names in the article got mangled up. On one image it said Nightwolf while it was actually Ermac.

However, the rest of the article content was rather solid. They just got their names wrong... obviously it wasn't written by someone who's well versed in the characters.

Although I must say I've also had my doubts about this costume being Noob's alt: Noob originally had a black skin and cyan eyes. This guy has a tanned white skin and spectre eyes... But the fighting stances of this warrior and the one in black/maroon are exactly the same, if you look at the trailers, so it's most likely Noob Saibot.

you can even see it, the paragraph above the picture says ''SMOKE versus baraka'' ....i thought soem people on this board braggin on bout how much they think they know said smoke wouldnt return as human or cyborg, but as actual SMOKE.... huh

In that very same magazine it says one pic has JOHNNY CAGE in the pic. That mag had alot of mistakes in it. And this is one of the major ones.
Btw, this is still open??
