There is a woman in black leather that is fighting Mileena in the beach stage. She looks a bit like Sareena but she could also be Tanya in her new costume.

The lady appears in the trailer at 0:41 and also performs a fatality on N00b consisting of combos (kinda like a brutality) at the end. She is the lady that Mileena pulls her leg out.
