So, Do you like those RED-WHITE SPARKS that appear when a powerful blow-combo is executed?
I noticed them in most videos and I actually like them, I really like the effect.
I dont know, I guess its a nice addition and it makes it look awesome. The red-white spark that appears every time your character executes a powerful blow-combo could work pretty well in the game and add a new feeling to the whole fight.
I just hope its not as crappy as they are in all the other games.
I have only seen a few complains so I guess, to make fans happy, you could have an ON/OFF option.

i dislike them as you all know by now...but konqrr found out they are for counter hits and by watching the vids it makes sense...when they appear the person is either trying to attack or about to attack.

I hate them.
I rather see some little white sparks like when 2 weapons crush, then that big red light.

Actually, you can see that is false in the new chess game. When Ermac fights Baraka, the red-white sparks appear after one powerful hit is executed, such as Barakas bolt thing, etc.
Im not so sure though, but so far it does not look like that.

the jury is still out for this one as far as im concerned. im kind of at an impasse with them. I'd have to see the game in motion to make a firm decision, but for now, let em stay.

Since the days of killer instinct, I've loved spark effects. Really, I favor over the unrealistic gallons of blood(As well as the blood-effects of KI). It'll be interesting to see how far they take this concept.

Personallu I didn't even notice there were sparks until I read this post. I'm just used to seeing them in other fighting games like Tekken. It would probably look better if they took it out, they should get an idea from Dead or Alive 3. DOA3 has some of the best graphics in a fighting game.

I like it . Its something new. To me it adds to the presentation of the game which is good to me.

They annoy me, but if Konqrr is right by saying that these "Sparks" indicate when to perform a counter, then by all means I will tolerate them.

it made a spark cause when he was hit, ermac was in the air doing a special move.
